MARVEL LEGENDS BLACK WIDOW MOVIE: BLACK WIDOW
Today we will be taking a look at Black Widow from the upcoming Black Widow movie.
The Black Widow movie will be taking place right after the events of Captain America: Civil War, where Black Widow is on the run from the government. She goes back home to reconnects with her “family” in Russia.
The Marvel Legends Series is a Lower tier toy line that both collectors and non-collectors alike would be interested in. With multiple scales ranging from 4 inches to 12 inches and a good mix of detail and articulation, these figures tend to look good both inside and outside of the box.
PACKAGING:
Before we open this up, let's take a look at the packaging.
Black Widow comes packed in the stranded Marvel Legends Series box. You have the Legends Series logo at the top. Black Widow is clearly displayed in the middle through the large window that showcases the figure as well as the accessories. This gives great visibility for collectors that may not be opening it. On the bottom of the box, you have the Black Widow Movie logo as this is a movie based figure.
On the left side of the box, we get some artwork of Black Widow.
On the back of the box, you have the same artwork that is on the side as well as a small bio.
Flipping the box to the right side now, you see we get the same artwork again.
OUTSIDE OF THE BOX:
Let's open the box and take a closer look at the figure.
So after taking Black Widow out of the box and taking a look at her, i do feel like this is one of the best MCU Black Widow figures we have gotten. The real ID face print they use on her face makes her look just like Scarlett Johansson. The black and the grey of the suit really look work together as well.

ARTICULATION:
How can we pose the figure? Let's find out!
BLACK WIDOW’S ARTICULATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
HINGED BALL JOINTED NECK:
allows you to swivel the head 360-degrees and tilt the head back and forth. (little hindered due to her hair)
BALL HINGED SHOULDERS:
Gives the arm 360-degree rotation and also the ability to raise and lower the arm.
SINGLE JOINTED ELBOWS:
This allows you to bend the arm back to just about 90 degrees.
SWIVEL HINGE WRISTS:
It allows you to turn his wrists in a full 360-degree circle while also bending them up and down.
UPPER DIAPHRAGM SWIVEL:
This lets you be able to turn the figure around 360 degrees at the diaphragm.
BALL JOINTED LEGS:
With this it allows the legs to move out to the side along with some front and back motion.
UPPER THIGH SWIVEL:
The leg can rotate around a full 360 degrees.
DOUBLE JOINTED KNEES
The joint allows you to bend the leg itself back to the butt of the figure.
HINGED ANKLES WITH ROCKERS:
The ankle hinge allows you to bend the foot front and back. The rockers allow you to rock the ankles towards the outside and inside of the legs of the figure.

How does the size of this figure compare to others?
Black Widow Stands about 6 inches tall.
Here is out new Black Widow standing next to the Black Widow from Infinity War (with End Game head) and Ronin from End Game.

PAINT JOB 4.5/5
The paint job is very well done on this figure. My figure did have some small black paint flakes on the head but was able to get them off.
FIGURE SCULPT 4/5
The sculpt of the figure is pretty much on par with any other female type figures in the Marvel Legends line.
POSING 4/5
You can pose her in just about any pose you want, however, some double-jointed elbows would have made some poses a little easier.
ACCESSORIES: 4/5
An alt head with a different hairstyle, as she has in the movie, would have gone the extra mile.
DURABILITY 5/5
The plastic is strong and she doesn’t have the gummy legs that a lot of female figures have had from Hasbro, this past year at ToyFair they did say they have fixed that issue.
